Most of your analysis is good on these tables. As an aside, I have found that turn raises are more indicative of a big hand than flop raises. So on that AA vs 99, I would definitely fold to the turn all in raise. Although, I probably would have bet the flop. Thats a really nasty board, and its hard to get away from AA in a reraised pot. So it's kind of a cooler.
